Starting your morning at Hollywood Studios? Check out the new breakfast menu at Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner. Look for breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, bagels, coffee and more.

Located on Echo Lake, right next to the Brontosaurus you will find Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner. Min & Bill’s has been a favorite quick service spot to grab lunch, dinner or a snack during the day, and now they are adding breakfast to the menu. Another breakfast option is just what Hollywood Studios needed since Starring Rolls closed earlier this year. We expect Breakfast at Min & Bill’s Dockside Diner to be offered seasonally, and on days when there are Extra Magic Hours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
