Merging duplicate profiles in My Disney Experience is now easier than ever! Previously, this required contacting Disney Technical Support. Now, you can conveniently do it yourself within your account. This is a huge timesaver and makes for a great convenience.
No need to call anymore! My Disney Experience now lets you spot and merge duplicate profiles yourself within your Friends & Family List. This means no more hunting for reservations or MagicBands scattered across multiple profiles. Here’s the magic:
- Spot Duplicates Easily: You’ll see a notification if there are profiles that seem like the same person.
- Merge with a Click: Combine those profiles into one, keeping everything (reservations, MagicBands, tickets, plans) in one convenient place. Merging Across Accounts? If you’re merging profiles from separate accounts, the account that will hold the final, single profile will need to approve the action (you can choose which account this will be during the merge process).
