Morimoto Asia’s “12 Beers of Christmas” Event Returns at Disney Springs
The holidays are right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with good cheer, festive flavors, and your favorite brews? This December, Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs will once again celebrate the season with its annual “12 Beers of Christmas” event on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
This highly anticipated holiday tradition offers guests two sessions to enjoy the festivities: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A Feast of Flavors and Festive Brews
The “12 Beers of Christmas” event is a perfect blend of high-quality craft beer and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s renowned Pan-Asian cuisine. The event features exclusive pours from some of Central Florida’s top breweries, including returning favorites like Crooked Can, Suncreek, Brewsaki, Bowigens, Ivanhoe Park, and more. Each beer is thoughtfully paired with a signature specialty from the award-winning culinary team at Morimoto Asia.

The festive menu showcases a variety of delicious, expertly paired bites, such as:
- Peking Duck with Hoisin and Apricot Chili Sauce
- Seafood Coconut Curry with Yaki Onigiri

- Assorted Mini Desserts
- …among other traditional and innovative pairings.
Ticket Details and Seating Options
Tickets start at $95 per adult, offering a variety of seating options to fit every party’s preference, from general admission and communal tables to private booths with bottled water and dedicated service.
Children are also welcome at a special rate ($55++ for ages 9 and under). Please note that guests must be 21 or over to consume alcohol.
