The feast includes a variety of food stations, each offering a unique take on traditional and modern flavors. The poke bar will serve up delights such as traditional ahi poke seasoned with limu and Hawaiian salt, and the refreshing lomilomi salmon. Meanwhile, the sushi bar will cater to all tastes with options ranging from spicy tuna rolls to chef’s selection nigiri.

For those with a taste for something hot, the Hot Line offers dishes like the delectable Morimoto-style baby ribs and the island favorite, Spam musubi with a teriyaki twist. A centerpiece of the event, the whole roasted pig, will be served with yuzu chutney and hoisin BBQ, offering a succulent taste of the traditional pig roast.

To complement the sumptuous food, guests can indulge in an assortment of desserts—from the tropical haupia parfait with coconut pudding to the rich Hawaiian chocolate truffle pops. For an additional charge, there is also an option to pair meals with select premium cocktails from Suntory, enhancing the festive atmosphere with specialty drinks crafted for the occasion.
