To mark this significant milestone, the restaurant is rolling out a captivating “Passport to Morimoto Asia” program and hosting an exclusive anniversary event, inviting guests to celebrate a decade of culinary innovation and hospitality.

Since its grand opening in September 2015, Morimoto Asia has welcomed millions of guests from around the globe, establishing a reputation for unparalleled excellence in dining. Embark on a Culinary Journey with “Passport to Morimoto Asia”

To celebrate this monumental milestone, Morimoto Asia is introducing a year-long “Passport to Morimoto Asia” program, launching on October 1, 2025. This exciting initiative will showcase a different pan-Asian country each month with a specially featured dish and cocktail. Guests are invited to collect stamps in a custom-designed passport as they explore new and exciting flavors throughout the year.

How to Participate: Guests will receive their passport upon ordering a featured dish or cocktail and are encouraged to bring it back throughout the year to earn their stamps.

Exciting Prizes Await:

• 24 Stamps (all unique offerings): A weekend getaway to Boston, featuring an event at TD Garden, dinner for two, and a complimentary hotel stay.
• 12 Stamps: An exclusive invitation to a reception at Morimoto Asia, hosted by Chef Morimoto himself.

We are excited for our new and returning guests to participate in the program and look forward to many more years at Disney Springs.”

An Unforgettable 10th Anniversary Celebration Event

The year-long 10th anniversary celebration will kick off with an unforgettable day of culinary artistry and entertainment on September 14, 2025, at Disney Springs.

The festivities will begin with a dazzling bluefin tuna carving ceremony presented by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto himself. Guests will have unique opportunities for Instagram-worthy meet-and-greets and to sample Chef Morimoto’s acclaimed sake. Following the ceremony, attendees can indulge in tastings of signature dishes from Morimoto Asia’s inventive menu, including Peking Duck, ramen, and takoyaki, perfectly paired with a curated selection of signature cocktails, beer, and sake.
