More Panels Removed from Mars at Mission Space in EPCOTcoer

Mars, AKA the red plant, has been looking a bit, well, not red lately outside the Mission: SPACE attraction at EPCOT. After years of sitting in the Florida sun, the Red planet began to take on more of a copper appearance. Disney is continuing work bringing the red planet back to life via the installation of new panels.

The new panels that have already been placed restore the planets red color, with more panels recently removed as the refurbishment continues.

These updates come on the heels of an overhaul of the other planets represented outside of Mission: SPACE. The park is continuing to see widespread updates as Disney is seemingly catching up on delayed maintenance, with Canada having more construction walls errected recently, Test Track being closed for a complete overhaul, and a multi-year update of EPCOT that touched nearly every corner of the park finishing recently.
