Monorail Resort Loops are Currently Down at Walt Disney World

Reports of issues with the Monorail system in Walt Disney World, has both Monorail Resort loop beams closed down this morning. Resort guests on the Monorail line are able to use boat transportation only, to Disney’s Magic Kingdom. 

Some kind of major issue with the monorails this AM. Both Resort loop beams are closed down. Ferries running only to MK. #livefromWDW

No word yet on when the Monorail’s Resort loop will be back up and running, but the Epcot line is still running with no problems. Could this unknown issue possibly have something to do with the temporary Monorail route changes later this month?
