Disney has released a new teaser trailer and poster for “Moana 2,” the highly anticipated sequel to the beloved 2016 animated film. The trailer offers a glimpse into Moana’s next adventure, as she embarks on a journey across the vast ocean alongside Maui and a crew of new companions.

Set three years after the events of the first film, “Moana 2” sees our heroine answering a call from her wayfinding ancestors to explore uncharted waters and face new challenges. With stunning visuals and the promise of another heartwarming story, the sequel is sure to captivate audiences of all ages.

Directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller, “Moana 2” features the return of Auliʻi Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson as the voices of Moana and Maui, respectively.
The film also boasts an impressive musical team, including Grammy winners Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Grammy nominee Opetaia Foaʻi, and three-time Grammy winner Mark Mancina.
Fans won’t have to wait long to embark on this new adventure, as “Moana 2” is set to sail into theaters exclusively on November 27, 2024.
