In a recent interview with Burny Mattinson, he hinted that a full-length feature with Mickey and his pals, Donald and Goofy may be in the beginning stages. He seems to be pushing toward the classic Mickey, who was a bit mischievous compared to the Mickey today.
Movements to the classic Mickey have already started with the video game Epic Mickey. They are working to give a new dimension to the Mickey we all know and love.
This hasn’t been approved by the executives at Disney yet, but they have started to rethink his personality, walk, look and even his house at Walt Disney World- hopefully we still recognize him after all this!
