Mickey Beignets are back at the newly opened Port Orleans French Quarter! Just a few weeks prior to shutting down in March of 2020, Port Orleans made the announcement that Beignets would not be sold at Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory anymore, instead, they would be sold at Scat Cats Club Cafe. We forgot about that change, so when we saw the menu for Floatworks yesterday, we almost flew into a panic, because Beignets were not on the menu.

Lucky for us, we went over this morning, and as soon as we walked into Port Orleans we could smell those delicious doughy treats! Mickey Beignets are a staple of Disney World now, and we truly missed them over the past year and more. We got our hands on them this morning and they were exactly how we remembered. With the addition of Chocolate, or Strawberry, or caramel dipping source, these bad boys are amazing.

You can buy them by the 3’s or 6’s, and in many different varieties now. With or Without alcohol, plus specialty beignets. We got 3 for $6.99, or you can do 6 for $10.99. Specialty beignets are $3.49 each. Mickey Beignets Ice Cream Sundae is $8.49. Finally, we have Baton Rouge Beignets for $10.49, which is 2 beignets with your choice of Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua, or Rumchata.
