There have been some big changes to the menus at Trader Sam’s and Tangaroa Terrace located at the Disneyland Hotel. While the guest-favorite kalua pork sandwich and flatbreads are no longer available some new items have made their way into the kitchen.
Trader Sam’s menu now includes:
- Pork Gyoza – Steamed pork and vegetable pot stickers served with Ponzu sauce $10
- Pu Pu Platter – Sweet and spicy Asian wings, fried spring rolls, panko-crusted Chinese long beans, pork gyoza, and togarashi aioli $17
- Island-Style Hot Dog – Ground pork and pineapple sausage, pretzel roll, mustard, onion sauce, pickled carrots and daikon, Fresno chilies and served with sweet potato fries, traditional fries or fruit $12
- Rongo Salad – Shredded green papaya, lettuce, marinated tofu, cucumber, goose berries, rice noodles, and carrots tossed in sesame-ginger vinaigrette $11
- Tangaroa Salad with Chicken – Lettuce and cabbage, pineapple, mandarin oranges, rice noodles and cherry tomatoes tossed in tropical vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds $11
- Tangaroa Salad with Shrimp – Lettuce and cabbage, pineapple, mandarin oranges, rice noodles and cherry tomatoes tossed in tropical vinaigrette and topped with toasted almonds $13
Tangaroa Terrace’s menu now features:
- Panko-Crusted Chinese Long Beans – served with togarashi aïoli $9
- Sweet and Spicy Asian Wings – served with togarashi aïoli $12
- Pu Pu Platter – Sweet and spicy Asian wings, fried spring rolls, panko-crusted Chinese long beans, pork gyoza, and togarashi aioli $17
- Island-Style Hot Dog – Ground pork and pineapple sausage, pretzel roll, mustard, onion sauce, pickled carrots and daikon, Fresno chilies and served with sweet potato fries, traditional fries or fruit $12
- Rongo Salad – Shredded green papaya, lettuce, marinated tofu, cucumber, gooseberries, rice noodles, and carrots tossed in sesame-ginger vinaigrette $11
- Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding – Coconut milk, mandarin oranges, and pineapple topped with toasted almonds $7
- Pork Gyoza – Steamed pork and vegetable pot stickers served with Ponzu sauce $10
