They are ready willing and able to assist you with all of your travel planning needs or answer any travel related questions you might have.
You might have seen the new writers/agents in some of your favorite news articles here on Chip and Co over the past few months but I wanted to give you an opportunity to learn more about them as well. When was their first park visit? What is their favorite ride? What is on their Disney Bucket list? You know all the really important questions 🙂
We have agents from all walks of life and living all over the US, here is a chance to learn a little more about them and if you have any travel questions a way to reach out to them.
Here is our current list of writers:
Hello! I am the Site Manager for Chip and Co as well as an agent with Key to the World Travel. I am one of those people that perks up whenever “Disney” in mentioned in conversation. I have been a fanatic since the day I met the beautiful Snow White while holding a dripping Mickey ice cream bar in front of the castle. It was love at first site. From that day on, I knew my love of Disney (and Snow White) was forever. As a child in freezing Buffalo, NY I would sit in front of the TV on Sundays to watch the Wonderful World of Disney. Just watching that introduction would make me want to take a trip south to see the magic first hand. I am all grown up now and still live in the frozen tundra of Buffalo, NY but now I get to sneak away to create magic any time I want. I am a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and frequently sneak away with my three children and visit my second home. Just last year I ventured out west and visited Disneyland for the first time. I now have a second love(please don’t tell WDW I cheated on them). I couldn’t wait to go back, so I booked another trip and then another… I will be venturing back for my 4th trip in just a year in a half very soon.
I find joy in creating packages and dream vacations for my clients. Sharing my expertise with others isn’t a job, it’s a passion. I will work endlessly to find the best fit for my clients. No matter where they go on their vacation around the world, it will be magical! I specialize in Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Disneyland, and many other destinations around the world.
Nicole was born and raised in New Jersey but currently resides in Pennsylvania. Walt Disney World holds a special place in her heart. She first saw Cinderella Castle before she was even in kindergarten. She visited multiple times with her family growing up and even was able to march down Main Street U.S.A. as part of her high school marching band! (She can attest to how magical it was marching in the parade while playing the tuba!)
Since those days, she has visited Walt Disney World multiple times both with her young children and without. She loves all of the theme parks but Magic Kingdom is truly special to her. That being said, her favorite ride, Toy Story Mania, is located in a completely different park. (One day she will beat her husband’s score!)
Besides visiting places within the continental United States, she has also visited other areas of the world as well. She has traveled to Cancun and also visited Maui twice in her life – once as a family trip growing up and once on her honeymoon where she spent 2 weeks on the beautiful island. She is looking forward to visiting some new destinations in the near future including Punta Cana and Turks & Caicos. She is also looking forward to experiencing a bucket list item later this year – her first cruise with the Disney Cruise Line.
Nicole has experience planning and assisting with all different types of travel all over the world. She especially loves assisting with family vacations, honeymoons, destination weddings, and both small and large group trips.
Kelly Gannon Kerl
Hi, I’m Kelly! I live in Buffalo, NY with my husband and two kids. I’ve been enjoying vacations to Walt Disney World since I was a little girl, my first visit was in 1991. It’s even where my husband proposed to me in 2003!
My favorite ride would have to be the People Mover. I’m not a huge fan of intense rides, to this one is perfect for me. It’s long, relaxing, and you get great views of the park! One of my most favorite parts of each Disney Vacation is the food! I’m the snack queen and can tell you what’s good just about anywhere in WDW.
I’ve been a Disney addict since my very first trip, and aside from the trips themselves, planning them is my most favorite part. Researching all of the best deals, and finding ways to pack the most magic into a trip are my favorite parts of planning. I’m proud to be an agent for Key to The World Travel for almost 5 years, and I look forward to helping you plan the most memorable vacation ever!
Hi there! My name is Katelyn and I am a newlywed and longtime Disney lover. I have been traveling to WDW since I was four years old and have been at least 20 times since. I definitely caught the contagious Mickey bug and spread it to my husband! He proposed to me in Epcot in 2016 and we honeymooned in Disney in October of 2018. WDW holds a very special place in my heart and I love to share the joy I feel when I am there with others. With a background in event planning and hospitality management, organization and planning are two of my favorite things to do – which makes me a great candidate to help plan your trip!
My perfect day at WDW would consist of riding Space Mountain until I can’t feel my legs, eating lunch at the Flame Tree BBQ, and fishing the night off with Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom. From Mickey waffles to Main St., I would love to help create your magical vacation.
PS – I am from the Chicagoland area which means I LOVE FOOD. Go Bears!
Cathleen Webster Christie
Hey y’all! I’m Cathleen and I have been a Travel Advisor with Key to the World for just under two years. I plan trips to destinations worldwide, but Disney destinations have a special place in my heart. My first visit to Walt Disney World was to Magic Kingdom Park in 1986. It is very hard for me to pick a favorite attraction, but if I had to choose Pirates of the Caribbean would be my top pick closely followed by Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise. Next up on my Disney bucket list is a visit to Aulani.
Hi y’all! My name is Sara and I am from the great state of Texas! I have been married for 12 years to my college sweetheart and we have two young Mouseketeers. I have been a travel planner with Key to the World for 2 years now, but my love of Disney began many many moons ago, around 1989 to be exact. My paternal grandparents and extended family all lived in Orlando when I was growing up, so we often got to visit Mickey at Walt Disney World when we visited them. My love for characters began at an early age and still get a tad bit excited to meet them.
My favorite attraction…that’s almost impossible to choose! I love Expedition Everest, Big Thunder Mountain, and Guardians of the Galaxy at Disneyland Resort. Disneyland as a whole holds a special place in my heart though- knowing Walt Disney himself walked the very same paths and rode some of the same rides- it just has a little bit of extra magic. I also was able to travel to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa last year and fell in love! Next on my Disney Bucket List would be visiting one of the Disney Parks overseas.
If I can’t visit a Disney Park myself, planning a trip for someone else is the next best thing. I love helping families plan vacations together where they will not only have fun but build priceless memories together. It is truly an honor to play a small role in these important moments wherever the destination may be.
Hi! I’m Brittney and I live in the great state of Kentucky. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was six and immediately fell in love. My favorite ride is Tower of Terror at Walt Disney World. I’ll ride anything, but that ride genuinely scares me! My husband and I are high school sweethearts with two little princesses of our own. We love taking them on vacations. When I’m not planning my family’s next trip to a Disney destination, I love planning for and with other families. I’ll work with you every step of the way, not letting you miss a detail when it comes to planning a magical trip.
Greetings! My name is Kaitlyn (Yes, there are two of us, and the other Katelyn is just as awesome!) I am so happy to ‘meet’ you. I have been a Disney fan for my whole life, both as a fan and previously having worked for The Walt Disney Company, once as a Disney College Program Participant (Fall Advantage 2014-Spring Extension 2015) and then as a Full Time Cast Member. I’m the woman that everyone goes to for all things Disney. I joined both Chip & Co. and Key to the World in 2018, which allows me to do what I love most: writing and creating magical vacations. I am a wife and mother and I love my ‘Ohana fiercely.
- My first trip to Walt Disney World was with my extended family in 1999, right around my 6th birthday. I remember getting a painted parasol, and feeling practically perfect in every way, just like Mary Poppins!
- The best attraction… that’s a tough one… in my opinion these are my favorites for different reasons:
- Intense Attraction: Rockin’ Rollercoaster
- Moderate Attraction: Soarin’
- Water Based Attraction: Pirates of the Caribbean
- Show: Fantasmic!
- Firework Display: I miss Wishes! most, but Happily Ever After is amazing
- My Disney Bucket List: To visit all the Disney Parks around the world at least once, hopefully, more!
