When a guest at the hotel orders something from the front desk or housekeeping, the hotel staff places the items in Relay. Then, using a mix of cameras, sensors, and even Wi-Fi, Relay navigates through the hotel to the guest’s room. After the guest takes the items, Relay heads back to the staff area all by itself. It’s like a little robot butler!
