Medical expert and best-selling author Dr. Ian Smith, who co-stars on the VH1 reality show “Celebrity Fit Club,” poses Feb. 13, 2011 with Nurse Minnie Mouse at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
