May's Burger Of The Month At The Edison

Hooray, hooray the first of May – time for a new Burger of the Month from The Edison at Disney Springs. This month, it’s the “BBQ Tavern Burger”.

Edison’s signature blend of sirloin, short rib and brisket are blended into a flavorful burger patty. This burger is topped with crispy potato wedges, juicy bacon, lettuce, and tomato. All this is served up on a toasted brioche roll. Yum!

Stop into the Edison for this burger, being served up fresh all month long. While you’re there, be sure to check out their specialty cocktail the “Almond Crusta”. This special drink combines Martell Blue Swift cognac, Tanqueray #10 gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and Angostura bitters.

The Edison is one of Disney Springs newest eateries, located in The Landing. Open for lunch and dinner, the contemporary American menu combines with an industrial gothic style to create a unique experience for visitors. They also feature nightly entertainment and adopts at 21 and over policy after 10 pm on Thursday – Saturday nights. Check it out the next time you visit Disney Springs!
