Mardi Gras has kicked off at Universal Studios Florida and one of our favorite spots so far is Sweet Treasures. Sweet Treasures is located in the last room of the Mardi Gras Tribute Store. It’s a booth full of delicious themed treats.
The desserts range from $4-$6 and there’s a little something for everyone. They have vegan and gluten-free options. We tried two of the amazing treats while visiting. The first is the King’s Cake. We felt we couldn’t celebrate Mardi Gras without it.
The King Cake was $4.99 before annual pass discount. It was a large portion. It tasted like a cinnamon roll with frosting and sprinkles. The King’s Cake was topped with a crown shaped sugar cookie.
The second treat we tried from Sweet Treasures was the Bananas Foster Cheesecake Pop. This fun snack was $5.99 before discount. It was really yummy! Not only was it decorated fun for Mardi Gras but it was delicious. It was nice to see so many amazing options.
Some of the other foods we can’t wait to try are the Macaron Doughnut, and the Vegan Brownie Skull.
Make sure to stop into the Mardi Gras Tribute Store if you’re visiting Universal Studios Florida. Mardi Gras ends on March 28th.
