Man arrested for attempting to sneak into the Magic Kingdom and assaulting Cast Members

A 37-year-old Romanian citizen who lives in Virginia, Baica Crisan was recently arrested for sneaking into the Magic Kingdom with no ticket and assaulting two cast members according to an Orange County Sheriff’s Office report.

According to the report Crisan walked through the turnstiles at the Magic Kingdom entrance without presenting a ticket for himself or his child, when Disney security attempted to stop the gentleman he became physical with the Disney Cast Member and pushed them out of the way.

When approached again further in the park he pushed that Cast Member out of the way as well and pretended he didn’t speak English, but according to the arrest report, he speaks English very well.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office was called to assist with the unruly guest and he was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail. Crisan was charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery on the Disney Cast Members, court records show.

The two Disney Cast Members were not injured, but both will be pressing charges.

The incident occurred on August 19th and could have been avoided if he would have purchased a ticket for himself and his child. Crisan resides in Virginia and since he lives out of state his bonds were doubled.

He is pleading not guilty and his attorney is not available for comment.
