A Louisiana man was arrested and charged with trespassing for refusing to get his temperature checked at Disney Springs upon entry, according to video footage released this week by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Kelly Sills, of Baton Rouge, pleaded not guilty on a charge of trespassing following the incident on Feb. 13th. He was detained outside of the Boathouse Restaurant and refused to leave Disney Springs when asked.
Upon arrest he said he would be willing to get his temperature checked to deputies.

“Will you take my temperature before you kick me out, please?” Sills asked as he was led away handcuffed, according to the deputies’ body camera footage.
“I paid $15,000. You can’t trespass me for paying $15,000,” said Sills, after he was led away.
Sills’ attorney declined to comment Thursday on the pending case.
