Man Arrested After Watching Dirty videos, Masturbating, Smoking, and Vaping on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT. What the heck? Seriously, like, what the heck? An Orange County Court Records report filed on March 29, 2023, from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Arresting Record of a New Jersey man who was trespassed by Walt Disney World shows a long list of offenses.

From the arresting report “At approximately 2040 hours (Blank) advised the guest began touching his genital area through his pants and later lit a cigarette causing a ride stoppage. (Blank) Stopped the ride gave an announcement over the loudspeaker (PA system) and advised smoking is not permitted on the ride.”

“the subject once again began to vape and begin touching his genitals over his pants. A few moments later, observed the subject viewing pornography on his cell phone. The subject continued to masturbate until ejaculation and later exited the cart at approximately 2125 hours”

Orange County Sheriff’s placed him under arrest and read him his Miranda Rights in the back of the patrol car, after witnessing the video provided immediately by Disney management. Sheriff Officers were able to record the direct video onto body cameras with Disney management permission. All cast members and management agreed and are willing to testify in court.

This person Identified as Robert Fitzpatrick of New Jersey had warrants for his arrest, from both New Jersey and California. Both warrants appear to be Sex Crime Related.
