The award-winning chef put in over 400 hours of baking the 10,000 plus pieces involved in putting this magnificent work of edible art together.
This construction is not a small feat using 700lbs of chocolate, 600 lbs of confectioner’s sugar, 1,000 lbs of honey, and many other ingredients… Take a look at the process involved in putting together the 20th anniversary gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
