Magic Kingdom is serving up Traditional Malasada with Dole Whip Flavored Sauce. Served up Hawaiian Style with a sweet dipping sauce the newest treat at Pinocchio Village Haus is worth a stop.
Hawaiian Malasada is a yeast-leavened doughnut enriched with eggs, butter, and sometimes evaporated or fresh milk. After frying, they are rolled in sugar. Traditionally they are served without a side or filled, they can be filled with a custard or a sauce on the side.
Pinocchio Village Haus now has these new treats for sale for $6.99. Malasada – Traditional malasada featuring flavors of Hawaii with a mango-Coconut Sauce.

I am sure this may not be the best way to describe them, but this is what we thought. Sometimes Disney flavors can be slightly off, and for the Malasada we barely tasted mango and did not taste the coconut at all. What we did taste and thought of instantly was this might as well be a Churro McNugget with Dole Whip dipping sauce.
We got more of a pineapple flavor than anything, and the sauce was creamy and cold. The Malasada was as good as promised. We liked the whole thing together and would recommend you try it out on the next trip to Disney’s Magic Kingdom.
