As part of the 2014 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival (March 5th – May 18th, 2014) the New Outdoor Kitchens (formerly known as the Garden Marketplace) will have 11 tantalizing, mouth watering kitchens to indulge your taste buds.. Just like the Food & Wine Festival, the Outdoor Kitchens have a full selection of tasty dishes, desserts and drinks to please any palette.
Beginning with THE SMOKEHOUSE: Barbecue and Brews, where you get to enjoy the slow-cooked flavors of Pulled Pork sandwiches, Smoked Turkey Ribs and their NEW Bacon Cupcakes, you just can’t go wrong. Pair it off with one of their craft brews from across the country, and you’ll be set!
If you’re into eating all natural, organic, sustainable farm fresh food, then you’ll love the NEW Urban Farms Eats Outdoor Kitchen. You will enjoy dishes like Ghost Pepper-Dusted tilapia served with Winter Melon Salad and a Mango Chutney, also Land-Grown Eggplant Scallops with Romesco Sauce. On the menu you’ll also find Red and White variety of Vegan Wines as well as Gluten-Free Beers and the great thing about all the menu items above, is that everything was grown in Epcot inside The Living with the Land attraction, how about that?!
