Recently I wrote about the new line of “It’s A Small World” themed bags by LeSportsac – and I was lucky enough to be able to try one out, and I am thrilled to share all about it!
This particular bag is part of the Global Journey collection from LeSportsac, and features multiple countries represented in beige geometric patterns with bursts of color, and dark gray piping/straps. I think what I like most about this pattern is it really can go with just about anything – and the gray accents are the perfect touch.
The bag includes this adorable Multi Landmark Charm, which I love, and it’s the perfect addition to the bag (or your keys, as it makes a great keychain too!)
The inside may be my favorite part of the bag – the color is a light pink, and is so cheerful, oh and it’s easy to clean too – which is definitely a plus! There are pockets inside, one zippered and one non zippered which are perfect for holding smaller items, and there are outside pockets too, one on each side. Space wise, it held everything I needed it to hold (including a huge wallet, keys, about 87 different chapsticks, assorted papers, gums, Tylenol…and the list goes on, so basically – it holds a lot!)
Likes: The things I like most about the bag are the charm, as well as the overall durability of the bag – the straps are thick and I love the option of using it as a handbag or a crossbody purse
Dislikes: My only real complaint is that you can’t buy the whole line of “It’s A Small World” bags on the Disney Store website (which I prefer because I can use my Disney Visa Rewards points there!), but the LeSportsac website is pretty easy to use and navigate. Otherwise, I really can’t find anything I dislike about it at all!
This bag is so great that even my dog Walter wanted to try it out!
The bags all highlight Mary Blair’s artwork, and all the patterns are bright and colorful – perfect for spring (or anytime!). Plus, Disney is donation a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each bag to Unicef – a worldwide charity dedicated to making children’s lives better by providing them with healthcare, food and nutrition, education, and more. Walt Disney was a big fan of Unicef, and It’s A Small World shows that everyone is united in their love of children and dreams for a better tomorrow, so purchasing one of these bags is a great way to help share in Walt’s vision
So what are you waiting for? Start shopping now – some of the bags can be purchased via the Disney Store, or check out the LeSportsac website for the full line of patterns and sizes. Personally, I am thinking a makeup bag may be ordered in the near future….or maybe a crossbody bag….or computer bag….or ALL of the above maybe? Check them out for yourself, and let us know what you think!
And be sure to stay tuned right here on Chip And Co – because we will be giving away some of these amazing “It’s A Small World” LeSportsac bags in the very near future – in fact, the first giveaway is going on RIGHT NOW!
