Land Being Cleared Near EPCOT Parking Lot. Last year Disney announced they would be working on the parking lots in the Epcot area. Most of this work was in the area adjacent to the cast member parking area. Disney repaved and added more handicapped spaces in the parking lot area where most guests park. They also added new parking section names, which you can see in the article in the link below.

Now we are seeing work being done in the area across from the Hei Hei parking area. We have no idea exactly what construction crews are doing or what is being done to the area, but the area is now clear and work is moving along.

This area is nearest to the Bus drop-off. Check out some of the images below.
