Disney's Upcoming "Lady and The Tramp" Director Has Been Named

The “Lady and The Tramp” director has been named! Disney’s live-action/CG remake of this classic film will be directed by “The Lego Ninjago Movie” director, Charlie Bean.

“Lady and The Tramp” was announced as a priority project for Disney’s upcoming streaming service that is marked to be launched in the Fall of 2019. The film is being written by Andrew Bujalski and Brigham Taylor is producing.

The original film opened in 1955 and eating a plate of spaghetti and meatballs has never been the same! We can’t wait to see how the romantic adventures of American Cocker Spaniel, Lady, and and the stray mongrel, Tramp, play out in this upcoming remake!
