While this treat is classified as a specialty cupcake based on its creamy appearance it is very easy to describe it as a stacked up cheesecake.
The four layers in pastel colors of lilac, light blue, creamy yellow and bright pink sit on a crust and are lemon flavored. The layers are even more vibrant and beautiful inside. With a mousse-like texture, the light lemon flavor tastes light and fresh. Whipped cream, sprinkles, and adorable candy-coated chocolate egg candies decorate the top. The best way to describe the taste of this cupcake is refreshing. It is ultimately the perfect dessert for spring or summer, especially when watching Illuminations: Reflections of Earth for that one last time.

With plenty of pastries on the menu as well as sandwiches this quick service location in the Norway Pavillion is a favorite stop for many. The cupcake is beautiful & nice to look at, but since I don’t like cheesecake or lemon-flavored cake, I sadly won’t be trying this one. The size is pretty big, so $5.99 isn’t bad at all especially if you plan on sharing it. #DisneyVacayGiveaway
