The world’s most famous amphibian made a splash on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. Kermit the Frog joined Kimmel to debut the very first clip of the highly anticipated The Muppet Show revival, set to premiere on February 4, 2026.

Streaming on Disney+ and airing on ABC, the new special brings the beloved gang—including Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, and Gonzo—back to their roots at the original Muppet Theatre. This time, they’re joined by global pop sensation Sabrina Carpenter as the featured guest star.

A Night of Stars and Stories

Kermit was in high spirits during his sit-down with Kimmel, reflecting on his long and storied career. The frog shared anecdotes about his legendary days guest-hosting for Johnny Carson and his more recent “high-life” moments, like vacationing on Magic Johnson’s yacht.

The interview also touched on his current Hollywood connections, with Kermit mentioning a backstage run-in with Kaley Cuoco and what it’s like working with executive producer Seth Rogen.
