In 2010 a coalition of water safety and training taught 4,000 people how to swim, simultaneously! The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson took place in 34 states, five countries and three continents.
Only a year later, more than 900 facilities world wide participated in the event, including Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, which set a new Guinness World Record record with approximately 30,000 participants!
