Journey of Water Inspired by Moana is Final Element of EPCOT Expansion According to Bob Iger
During yesterday’s Disney shareholder meeting, CEO Bob Iger shared that Journey of Water inspired by Moana will be the final element of Epcot‘s expansion.

Epcot’s major overhaul was first announced at the D23 Expo in 2019. Since then, massive construction projects have taken over the park including the new Journey of Water inspired by Moana.
Yesterday, Iger said the walkthrough attraction will mark the “completion of our spectacular transformation of EPCOT.” Footage of Iger touring the attraction was also shown and it appears close to completion.
Disney also recently shared that the new Moana attraction will be opening later this year.
