Jock Lindsey’s at Disney Springs Releases Holiday Bar Menu

Get ready for a flying good time this holiday season as Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar transforms itself into a Holiday Bar on November 29th! For those who already love this kitschy hang out at Disney Springs, you won’t want to miss the decor and special menu that have just been announced. For newcomers, there’s no better time to discover why this bar is more than just a place to grab a drink.

The Christmas-themed menu is nothing short of magical, with lots of shareable treats or nibbles to go alongside your beverage:

The Drummer Boy Braised Lamb with Truffle is a heartier option, complemented with mushroom and manchego cheese;

The Holiday Caprese Wreath is an Italian staple and something lighter for those not famished: a ring of tomatoes and mozzarella are drizzled with balsamic glaze and finished off with a sprinkle of basil;

C9 Light Deviled Eggs are a colorful and festive option that contain a hidden surprise of shrimp and tobiko caviar;

Ugly “Sweeter” Bread is sure to be a funny favorite, starting off as a Cinnamon brioche, decorated with eggnog icing and holiday light decorations, ending up as something perhaps ugly but definitely delicious;

Jingle Bell Pops come in threes and are dark chocolate truffles taking on a crushed peppermint flavor, dipped in dark chocolate.

The drink menu isn’t left out of the Christmas fun either. Cinnamon Bells is a Fireball-based drink with lots of cream and cinnamon, Santa Hat Mojito starts off with Bacardi and mint and is garnished with lemon-lime foam and a candy cane, White Christmas Margarita is quite a boozy treat with Rumchata, Malibu, and Sauza Tequila, topped off with white cranberry juice and whole cranberries, while Jock’s Holiday Nog has vodka, Frangelico, Rumchata, and vanilla creamer. You can bet your bottom dollar these will all be dressed up for a holiday party too!

As for the atmosphere, guests will not be disappointed! Lights and holiday aviation decor will surround you as you merrily imbibe your Christmas drinks. The classic corny humor that attracts so many visitors will also help you fit right in like an ugly Christmas sweater. In fact, they’d love you to wear one! Join us in the fun!
