Star Wars fans sensed a disturbance in The Force this week after news broke that the iconic actor James Earl Jones would be officially retiring from his vocal role as Darth Vader. Jones held the role at Lucasfilm for an impressive… most impressive 45 years!

According to Vanity Fair, Both Lucasfilm and Respeecher, a Ukrainian based A.I. audio company, shared their future plans for the role with Jones in order to “heed his advice on how to stay on the right course.” Which means we will still get to see more of the Sith Lord in the Star Wars stories to come.
