Celebrate Paella Fest 2023 with Jaleo at Disney Springs

Jaleo Disney Springs is celebrating over 20 years of culinary excellence, which includes a long history of flavorful paella. This years Paella Fest also falls on World Paella Day (Sept. 20), which pays tribute to the Valencian cuisine masterpiece that has surpassed geographical boundaries, establishing itself as one of the world’s most renowned culinary treasures.

Jaleo’s Paella Fest will showcase a distinct paella dish each day, expertly prepared over an open flame in the restaurant’s fire kitchen. The menu features beloved classics like Paella Valenciana, the timeless combination of chicken, rabbit, and artichokes, alongside innovative creations such as the Fideuá Negra con Pescado y Mariscos, a delectable blend of delicate pasta infused with squid ink, rich sepia sofrito, tender baby squid, branzino, all elevated by a saffron aioli.

The lineup for this years Paella Fest is as follows (options rotate daily:

  • Monday : Arroz con Verduras (Paella of seasonal vegetables)
  • Tuesday: Arroz con Pollo y Verduras (Paella of chicken, vegetables and mushrooms)
  • Wednesday (World Paella Day): Paella Valenciana (A true classic of chicken, rabbit and artichokes)
  • Thursday: Arroz a Banda con Gambas (Paella of sepia sofrito and head-on shrimp)
  • Friday: Alcachofas y Setas (Rice with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and piquillo peppers)
  • Saturday: Bogavante y Costillas (Rice with vegetable sofrito, cuttlefish, pork ribs and whole lobster)
  • Sunday: Fideuá Negra con Pescado y Mariscos (Thin pasta in squid ink, sepia sofrito, baby squid and branzino with saffron aioli)
