When Bug’s Land closed in 2018 to make way for the new Marvel-themed land at Disney California Adventure, people had mixed emotions. Now, the infrastructure of Flik’s Flyers will be re-imagined into a new attraction.
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind will open at Pixar Pier later this year. The new ride pays tribute to Riley’s favorite emotions from the Pixar film Inside Out.
This family-friendly ride allows guests to board a flying “memory orb” for a trip around Inside Out Headquarters. Located at the western end of the peri, it’s sure to leave you filled with emotion.
Another new addition to Pixar Pier is Jessie’s Critter Carousel, that will open in April. These two rides, add to the already impressive line-up over at Pixar Pier. The Incredicoaster, Pixar Pal-A -Round, and Toy Story Midway Mania round out the “Incredible” line-up in store for visitors.
I can’t wait until these last two attractions are open, so the area can finally be complete!
