Returning to the world of Riley’s mind, now that she’s a teenager, Inside Out 2 follows the upheaval caused by the sudden demolition of headquarters to accommodate unexpected newcomers: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust, accustomed to their established roles, find themselves uncertain when Anxiety enters the scene.

The first “Inside Out” takes audiences on a captivating journey into the mind of an 11-year-old girl named Riley, where her emotions—Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust—navigate her daily experiences from their headquarters in her brain. As Riley faces significant life changes, including moving to a new city with her family, the emotions struggle to maintain harmony and guide her through the challenges of adolescence. However, when Joy and Sadness find themselves inadvertently stranded in the depths of Riley’s mind, the remaining emotions must learn to work together to restore balance and help Riley navigate her complex emotions.
