Iconic Voice Actor, John Ratzenberger, Presently Absent from Pixar’s ‘Soul‘ Cast List. You may not know his name, but you sure know his voice! Voice Actor John Ratzenberger has been in every single Disney-Pixar movie to date, starting all the way back in Toy Story as Hamm to the most recently released title Onward as a Construction Worker, but it seems Ratzenberger may be missing from the upcoming title, Soul, set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ on Christmas Day.
Now don’t be alarmed! This simply could mean he is appearing in a more prominent role and is a plot point or anchor in the film, so revealing the characters identity could spoil aspects of the film for viewers, so potentially the studio just decided to leave him off the cast list to prevent spoilers (for now). IF Ratzenberger does not make an appearance this would be the first time ever the seasoned voice actor would not make an appearance in a Disney-Pixar film. Also notable is the fact that Ratzenberger does not appear on the cast list featured on IMDb, but does appear in an unspecified role on Wikipedia. So we are betting this is just to protect the integrity of the story for fans!
