Hurricane Beryl Disrupts Disney Fantasy Cruise Itinerary: Jamaica Port Day Replaced with Day at Sea
Disney Cruise Line’s Disney Fantasy, currently on a seven-day Western Caribbean voyage, has altered its itinerary due to the approaching Hurricane Beryl. The ship, which departed Port Canaveral on Saturday, was originally scheduled to stop in Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Disney’s private island Castaway Cay.

However, in the interest of passenger and crew safety, the Wednesday, July 3rd port day in Falmouth, Jamaica, has been replaced with a day at sea to avoid the storm’s path. This decision aligns with similar precautions taken by other cruise lines, including Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line.
Disney Cruise Line prioritizes the well-being of its guests and crew, and this change ensures their safety while still providing a magical vacation experience. Guests onboard the Disney Fantasy will still enjoy the ship’s numerous amenities and entertainment options during the day at sea.
We will continue to monitor Hurricane Beryl and its potential impact on Florida, providing updates as necessary.
