Humphrey the Bear Officially Arrives at Disneyland Resort
A classic favorite has finally emerged from the woods! Humphrey the Bear has made his long-awaited Disney Parks debut at Storytellers Cafe. Guests can now find him roaming the forest-themed dining room as the newest addition to the Donald’s Tales of Adventure dinner buffet lineup.

Humphrey’s arrival is a highlight of the Disney California Adventure 25th Anniversary celebration, though he appears to have taken Goofy’s place in the dinner lineup for now. This mischievous, snack-obsessed grizzly from Brownstone National Park is a true Disney classic, having starred in his own animated shorts and shared the screen with icons like Donald and Goofy. His legendary antics even inspired the Humphrey’s Service & Supplies shop at DCA, where he’s often seen getting into trouble with Pluto.
You can now catch this lovable bear in person during Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet at Storytellers Cafe, located inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. Because this new character debut is sure to be popular, advanced dining reservations are a must. You can secure your spot up to 60 days in advance via the Disneyland app or official website.
