Run for Your Life: The Howl-O-Sprint Experience

At 8:00 p.m. on October 2nd, the race begins at SeaWorld Orlando. Runners will navigate a 5K course past roller coasters haunted by unspeakable horrors, through eerie landscapes, and into harrowing scare zones lurking in the park’s darkest corners. Every stride is a fight-or-flight moment, with the finish line offering the only promise of escape.

After surviving the race, all participants are invited to an exclusive post-race party—open only to runners and a limited number of spectators—until 11:00 p.m.

Amenities, Medals, and Awards

All participants in the 5K event will be celebrated with a suite of amenities:

• Finisher’s Medal: A custom SeaWorld’s Howl-O-Sprint finisher’s medal for all paid participants.
• Race T-shirt: A commemorative 100% ring-spun soft cotton unisex t-shirt. (Runners must register by Saturday, September 20th to be guaranteed their shirt size.)
• Post-Race Celebration: The Finish Line festival includes a Howl-O-Scream bar and food, live entertainment, an opportunity to experience one of the NEW Howl-O-Scream Haunted Houses, and photos with Havoc, the event’s new hero.
• FREE Race Day Parking: Parking lot opens at 6:00 p.m.

The race is capped at 2,000 participants. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall Male and Female finishers only. Winners will receive a gift card to the Shop of Horrors (Howl-O-Scream Gift Shop):
