How Guests safely exit Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind in Epcot. Recently there have been some posts going around Reddit and Instagram about guests feeling sick after riding Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT. While some of these posts are just attention seeking and other blogs have latched onto the “outrage”, we decided to let you know how Disney has safety precautions in place for just such issues.

If you feel “Woozy”, like one of the posters, has written about, please do not take the stairs. or if you find that after taking the flight of stairs up, there is a bench at the top to sit down and gain your composure. Disney has elevators at the exit to the coaster.

There actually is 2 elevators for the exit of Guardians. 1 takes you up to the small bridge you are crossing, and then on the other side, another elevator takes you back down.

Again, if you feel “Woozy” or sick, tell a cast member and they will offer you help exiting the ride. Please remember if you find yourself light-headed, it is ok to stop at the bench and take a breath. Remember to hold onto the railings as you go up or down the stairs.

We have to admit, we have only ever seen 1 person not feel well after riding Cosmic Rewind, after riding the newest coaster well over 35 times now. Feeling sick is not a common occurrence like others are insisting it is.
