Fat Tuesday may be just around the corner (February 13) but visitors to the House of Blues throughout the month of February are able to tuck into some classic dishes from the Big Easy in celebration of Mardi Gras. Highlights include Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, Veggie Muffaletta, Jambalaya and the restaurant’s famous Bourbon Bread pudding.

Other Mardi Gras inspired treats at House of Blues this month include two special cocktails. The Bourbon Street Mule which features Southern Comfort 80 proof, lemon, bitters and ginger beer served in a souvenir cup and the Smashed in the Quarter which also features 80 proof SoCo as well as lime, blackberries and mint.
