New Hotel and Toy Story Lot Shuttles Debut After ART Shutdown

With the permanent shutdown of the ART bus service, a new shuttle system has launched to provide continued access to the Toy Story lot. This updated service ensures that guests staying at nearby hotels can still enjoy reliable transportation throughout the Disneyland Resort area, making the commute to the parks as smooth as possible.

Following the conclusion of ART services on March 31, local hotels have introduced the new Anaheim Resort Campus Shuttle to ensure guests can still travel easily to and from Disneyland. This service specifically supports four major off-property locations: the Hilton Anaheim, Anaheim Marriott, Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort, and Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort.

Day passes are available for $6, with a schedule designed to match park demand:

• 7 a.m. – 10 a.m.: Every 30 minutes
• 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.: Every hour
• 8 p.m. – 30 minutes after park close: Every 30 minutes

Additionally, a new shuttle bus now connects the Toy Story Parking Lot to the rest of the Disneyland Resort. This specific route is managed by the same operator responsible for the Cast Member shuttles. For those seeking other alternatives, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) remains a public transit option for the area.

For guests staying in Garden Grove, the new “Grove Transit” service now provides essential connectivity between Disneyland and 10 area hotels for a small fee. This shuttle network services the following locations:

• Hyatt Regency Orange County
• Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South
• Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove
• Anaheim Marriott Suites
• Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove
• Homewood Suites by Hilton Anaheim-Main Gate Area
• Residence Inn Anaheim Resort Area/Garden Grove
• Great Wolf Lodge Southern California
• Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim/Garden Grove

Additionally, independent shuttle services continue to operate for guests at The Hyatt Regency, Candy Cane Inn, and Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel. Looking ahead, Anaheim officials are currently exploring the potential for a unified, system-wide operator to manage transportation across all area hotels.
