In the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, one of the areas of Walt Disney World Resort that sustained the most damage was Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. This has led to numerous rumors circulating over the last week that Fort Wilderness would be closed for a lengthy period of time while it repairs damage and moves debris.
However, a recent post on The DIS suggests that things may be getting back to normal over at Fort Wilderness and quicker than we thought, It was revealed today that Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue could be resuming performances as soon as this Wednesday, September 20th. According to the article, this news is coming directly from cast members involved in the show who have been told to report back to work as normal on this day.
Disney has not made any official announcement regarding Hoop-Dee-Doo or the progress being made at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground but we here at Chip and Co will be watching these developments in the days ahead and will keep you posted.
