If you have been following the story of Hong Kong Disneyland. It closed back in January of this year, then they reopened in June only to close again in July due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.
According to a post by Disney Magical Kingdom Blog, Hong Kong Disneyland will be reopening again soon.

We welcome the government’s announcement to gradually relax the health and safety measures. Our reopening plan will follow the health authorities’ guidelines in a measured manner.
In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments and communicate the reopening date in due course.
No new information is posted on the Hong Kong Disneyland website about reopening.
So as of right now, we do not know when HKDL will be reopening other than soon.
