A new Walt & Mickey Dream Makers Statue is coming to Hong Kong Disneyland later this year
No visit to Walt Disney World or Disneyland is complete without a stop at the famous Partners Statue. Installed in 1993 at Disneyland and 1995 at Walt Disney World, the partner’s statue depicts Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse holding hands, and reminds us to never forget ‘it was all started by a mouse.’
Visitors to Hong Kong Disneyland can soon also visit with Walt and Mickey, as the new Dream Makers statue will be debuting in October 2023.

The Dream Makers statue, first announced at D23, is being constructed and installed as part of the 100 Years of Disney celebration. The new statue depicts Walt sitting on a park bench, seemingly in mid-conversation, with Mickey earnestly listening nearby.
Hong Kong Disneyland, located on Lantau Island, opened in 2005 as the fifth Disneyland park in the world. Like other Disneyland parks, Hong Kong Disneyland features the iconic Main Street U.S.A. as well as a number of themed lands, including Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch, and Mystic Point.
