There are three gingerbread houses on display in the pavilion this year. First is the American Adventure gingerbread house. The display includes the pavilion’s sign and fountain! Tiny wreaths, holly, and ribbon decorate the building. Carolers can be seen on the balcony and a golden Mickey head is on the roof.
The other gingerbread building is the Lincoln Memorial. The building is decorated with chocolate holly and giant poinsettias. Figures are playing on the sidewalk in front of the Lincoln Memorial and a snowman can be seen in the grass next to the building. You can even see a couple of golden hidden Mickeys on the building.
The final gingerbread display is of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial. It is a white monolith carved with an image of Martin Luther King, Jr. Christmas trees and wreaths decorate the area around the Memorial. More figures are on this display, dressed in winter clothing. There is also a golden hidden Mickey on the side of the Memorial.
