Holidays Expand to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe
It’s going to be a truly magical Christmas across all of Universal Orlando Resort this year, because for the first time ever, the holiday spirit will extend into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe!

Universal dropped its full lineup of 2025 holiday offerings today, and this marks a major milestone: for the first time, the holidays will be celebrated across three Wizarding World lands — Hogsmeade™, Diagon Alley™, and the all-new wizarding Paris and Ministry of Magic area at Epic Universe.
Fans have long adored the cozy charm of Hogsmeade’s snow-dusted rooftops and the festive garlands adorning Diagon Alley each winter. Now, Universal is ready to cast that same Christmas spell on the newest corner of the Wizarding World. Guests visiting Epic Universe will step into 1920s wizarding Paris — inspired by the Fantastic Beasts films — where twinkling lights and enchanted decorations will set the scene for a European-style Wizarding holiday. From there, you can journey deep into the British Ministry of Magic, where even the bureaucrats might get a touch of holiday cheer (and perhaps a bit of mischief).
Universal describes the celebration perfectly: “Merry & Bright, Naughty & Nice — Hogwarts™ castle lights up the night and festive decor brings cheer to Hogsmeade™, Diagon Alley™, and wizarding Paris. It’s Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ across three parks at Universal Orlando Resort.”

Guests can expect all their favorite touches from years past — holiday treats, seasonal merchandise, and the stunning “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle” projection show — plus new sights and sounds unique to the Epic Universe expansion.
Holiday festivities across Universal Orlando Resort will run November 21, 2025, through January 4, 2026, and admission is included with regular park tickets (blockout dates may apply).
Whether you’re sipping Butterbeer under the glow of Diagon Alley’s lights, humming along to Celestina Warbeck’s jazzy carols, or exploring the winter wonders of wizarding Paris, this year’s holiday season promises to be the most spellbinding one yet.
