Haunted Mansion closing for Holiday Overlay starting on August 15th
Haunted Mansion at Disneyland will be closing on August 15th to receive its holiday overlay. Every Halloween Haunted Mansion gets a ”The Nightmare Before Christmas” overlay that stays through Christmas.

Haunted Mansion Holiday will reopen on September 2, 2022. The overlay extends from the exterior to the interior of the attraction.

The Disneyland website describes the overlay as:
“Pumpkin King Jack Skellington has been busy decorating the Haunted Mansion with frightfully festive touches inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Experience thrilling sights and seasonal surprises created by the citizens of Halloween Town. Sally, Oogie Boogie and other Nightmare nasties will be on hand to wish you ‘Season’s Screamings!’”
