Even though the parks at the Disneyland Resort are still closed, Disneyland is continuing to make changes to prepare for reopening. The Disneyland website has updated to show where hand washing and sanitizing stations are located throughout the Resort.

The CDC has stated that handwashing is the best thing you can do during the COVID-19 pandemic and when you can’t wash your hands, hand sanitizer works second best.

The Disneyland website states:

“Complimentary Hand Sanitizer Locations
For your convenience, complimentary hand sanitizer is available at select locations throughout the Disneyland Resort, including:

  • Disneyland Park: At City Hall, the Baby Care Center, select dining locations and more
  • Disney California Adventure Park: At the Chamber of Commerce, the Baby Care Center, select dining locations and more
  • Downtown Disney District: At security screening areas, bag check locations, select tram loading zones and the main entrance to the Downtown Disney District
  • Resort Hotels: At front desks, select elevators, most all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurants, and at the gate to Disney California Adventure Park at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

We’re constantly updating, adding and modifying locations as needed.”

The map above shows there are 19 hand sanitizer locations throughout Disneyland park.

There are 14 hand sanitizer locations in Disney California Adventure park.

There are 21 hand sanitizing locations throughout the Downtown Disney District as well.

There are also 9 hand sanitizing locations spread among the 3 Disneyland Resort Hotels. The hotels are also still closed. You can see these maps on the Disneyland website as well as the Disneyland mobile app.

We are hoping this means the Disneyland Resort is getting closer to reopening its theme parks and hotels. We will continue to update as we receive more information!
