Tabbatha Mature, 41 is accused of choking a girl who was blocking her view Wednesday night during a performance of Magic Kingdom’s Wishes according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Arrest Report.
The unnamed victim was with a group of friends and chaperones on a High School trip to the Magic Kingdom Wednesday night around 9:30pm. The group was seated in front of Mature’s family who was also seated waiting for the fireworks to start. Once Wishes started the group stood up blocking Tabbatha and her families view, she then asked the girls to sit down so they could see.
According to the arrest report the upset Mature got up and began to walk away when the victim told them they could take their spot. Deputies stated that Mature grabbed the victim by the neck and pushed her head to the ground saying “You don’t want to mess with me.”
The victims friends got Mature off the girl and reported the incident to a Disney World Employee.
No visible injuries were present but they did press charges.
Tabbatha Mature was arrested for child abuse.
