Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 Box Office Numbers for Opening Weekend
James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 brought home a cool $114 million at the domestic box office during its opening weekend taking out The Super Mario Brothers Movie.
Disney and Marvel Studio’s “Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3” tallied another $168.1 million from international markets over the weekend, bringing its total global haul to $282.1 million during its first three days in theaters.

Comparing it to other movies in the franchise you see it landed 2nd in terms of Opening Weekend numbers falling $30 Million behind Vol 2.
